Serajuddin Mines Increases Fines Prices, Lump Prices Remain Unchanged

Fines prices rose by INR 100/MT; however, lump prices remained unchanged.

Serajuddin Mines, Odisha’s 2nd major merchant iron ore miner, has revised iron ore prices today i.e 21 Sept’16. The miner has raised fines prices by INR 100/MT and lump prices are unchanged as of now.

”We have raised iron ore fines prices by INR 100/MT amid recent hike in sponge prices. However, lump prices continue to remain stable as we are already overbooked. We may revise lump prices after we have dispatched the booked quantities”, shared a source from the company.

As per Odisha govt. data maintained with SteelMint, the miner has produced 3.48 MnT iron ore in the first four months of this financial year i.e Apr’16-Jul’16.
