Semi-finished sales of EVRAZ in Q2 registered 19.5% increase to 1.72 mn t compared to 1.44 mn t in Q1 CY ’20 following change in the product mix in favour of slab and billets resulted from decline in demand for finished products during pandemic. Total steel sales in Q2 amounted to 3.38 mn t, of which finished steel sales accounted for 1.65 mn t, down 7% amid weak demand.
