Chinese HRC (SS400) export offers have declined by around $5/t w-o-w to $530-535/t CFR Karachi against $540-545/t last week. Pakistan’s bulk HRC import volumes surged sharply by 58,016 tonnes (t) m-o-m to 63,703 t in March’24 against 5,687 t in Feb’24, as per BigMint’s data. Moreover, the same rose by 57% y-o-y as against 40,466 t in March’23.
