Today, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) has opened fresh price circular for N2 grade Pig iron. The plant has kept its offers unchanged to INR 16,500/MT (USD 245) ex-plant, Cuttack. However, the company is providing discount of INR 500/MT on purchase of bulk quantity.
On 27 Jul’16, the company had reduced prices for both steel (N1) and foundry (N2) grade by INR 1,000/MT to INR 15,900/MT and INR 16,500/MT respectively.
It seems that the company has maintained offers stable as prices have already bottomed out at current offers.
For foundry grade, there are no such sellers in central and east markets. Besides, manufacturers based in these regions offers only steel grade material.
