Hetauda Cement Industries Limited (HCIL) has invited a tender for purchase of 7,000 MT non coking coal from mines owner or authorized agent or reputed suppliers at plant site of HCIL, Nepal.
The offer given by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 90 days from the last date of bid submission.
Specification of item
Gross calorific value: 5,800 kcal/kg min
Ash content: 25% max
Volatile matter: 28% min
Sulphur content: 1.2% max
Moisture content: 5% max
The delivery of the material at HCIL site shall be started within 7 days from the date of agreement or receipt of L/C and completed within 90 days.
The supplier must deliver the coal as follows:

| Within 60 days | 4,500 |
| Within 90 days | 7,000 |

The due date for submitting bid document is 28 Mar’17 till 12:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on same day at 15:00 hrs.
