Hetauda Cement Industries Limited (HCIL) has floated two tenders for purchase of 7,000 MT and 10,000 MT non coking coal from mines owner or authorized agent or reputed suppliers at plant site of HCIL, Nepal.
The offer given by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 120 days from the date of bid opening of both tenders.

The delivery of the material at HCIL site shall be started within 7 days from the date of agreement or receipt of L/C and completed within 90 days.
Due date (Nepal Standard Time):
The due date for submitting bid document for Tender quantity 7,000 MT is 20’Dec-17 till 15:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on next day at 12:00 hrs.
The due date for submitting bid document for Tender quantity 10,000 MT is 4’Jan-18 till 15:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on next day at 12:00 hrs.
