MMTC, India’s largest and state owned trading house, issued a tender for purchase of various grades of coking coal for a quantity of 2-5 railway rakes of imported hard/semi hard coking coal on behalf of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), Odisha.
The material should be imported washed coking coal of size 0 to 50 mm which needs to be delivered at integrated steel plant, NINL. Delivery of the material to start on immediate basis after placing the order by MMTC/NINL. Delivery to be completed by 10th Aug’17.
Note: The delivery shall be made only by railway rakes.
The offer submitted by the bidder will be valid till 4th Aug’17.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Self certification of copy of Bill of Lading of imports giving details of the origin and the source of supply.
2. In case bidder is offering imported cargo which is in transit, a copy of load port analysis report carried out by a independent inspection agency of repute at load port needs to be submitted.
3. If the material is within India and the same is being offered, disport analysis report needs to be submitted certifying the specifications of the cargo.
Tender schedule (IST):
Due date for submitting the bids is 28 July’17 till 11:00 hrs and the opening of the bids is scheduled on same day at 11:15 hrs
