China’s HRC (S235 and S275) export offers to Middle East remained range-bound at $480-485/t CFR UAE. Notably, a tube maker finalised a deal of 30,000-35,000 t at $477/t CFR UAE for Jul’25 shipments. However, a source indicated, “demand remains stable ahead of Eid al-Adha in ME.” This competitive Chinese pricing has led Indian mills to largely refrain from making active offers.
