Malaysian ferroalloys major, OM Holdings, Sarawak, has reported higher production volumes in the third quarter compared to the second quarter of CY’21. Ferro silicon and manganese alloys production increased by 45% and 57% on the quarter, respectively, after the Sarawak plant resumed operations in early-Jul’21 following a temporary suspension. Meanwhile, sintered manganese ore output surged by 143%, q-o-q, in Q3 CY’21.
