Malaysia: Alliance Steel to expand production capacity to 10 mnt

Alliance Steel, Malaysia’s leading steel mill, has decided to expand its annual steelmaking capacity from 3.5 mnt currently to 10 mnt at its Kuantan Industrial Park works. The steel major has recently invested about RM 5 billion ($1.187 million) and plans to build a new sheet metal line.
