The European Commission on 5 Apr’22 announced the first anti-dumping sunset review investigation on Chinese non-alloy or alloy steel hot-rolled coils (HRCs) in response to an application submitted by the European Iron and Steel Association on 4 Jan. The dumping investigation period is from 1 Jan-31 Dec’21 and the damage investigation period is from 1 Jan’18 to the end of the dumping investigation period.
