Exchange's official three-month steel billet contract price fell by $10-15 on
Friday i.e. January 20.
“Weak demand for physical finished products was one reason
behind the decrease,” one trader said.
Friday's official bid/offer spread was $515/530/MT, compared
with $530/540 on Thursday.
The LME Billet Cash official price on Friday was at $509/MT i.e. down by $16/MT from the previous price.
