Korea Western Power Company Limited (KOWEPO) has published a tender for the purchase of 1.14 MnT steam coal at One Single Fixed Price on FoB and CFR basis for its TAEAN Power Plant.
Contract Period
1. Three years for LT-04
The prices for the remaining Contract Years (CY2 ~ CY3) shall be determined by mutual agreement of both parties.
2. Five Years for LT-03,05
The prices for the remaining Contract Years (CY2 ~ CY5) shall be determined by mutual agreement of both parties.
Term of the Contract :
(LT-03) 2nd CY to 5th CY : Starting from August 1, 2019 ~ July 31, 2023
(LT-04) 2nd CY to 3rd CY : Starting from July 1, 2019 ~ June 30, 2021
(LT-05) 2nd CY to 5th CY : Starting from November 1, 2019 ~ September 30, 2023

Specification: The Total Moisture and NCV on LT-03 should be Max. 15 and Min 5,700, on LT-4, should be Max. 35 and Min 4,600 and on LT-5 Max. 35 and Min. 4,600 respectively.
