Japanese bulk scrap offers have continued to decline on lower bids from buyers. Japanese bulk H2 offers to Bangladesh now stand at $307-310/t CFR Chittagong, down by $5-7/t against the beginning of the week, SteelMint learned from its trade sources. However, no recent bookings were reported.
