Iranian mill concludes 40,000 t steel billet export tender

An Iranian mill has concluded an export deal for 40,000 t of steel billets, sources informed SteelMint. The deal was concluded at around $455/t FOB and the shipment is scheduled for Dec’22. Iran’s billets and bloom exports in Mar-Oct’22 registered a 4% rise y-o-y to 2.82 mnt, according to data released by the Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA).
