In the first two months of Iranian year, slab output rose 13% y-o-y to 1.996 mn t. Iranian steel ingot production during the first two months of Apr-May’20 reached 4.697 mn t, up 4% against same time frame last year, as per IRNA. While, steel billet and bloom output recorded 2% fall to 2.701 mn t as compared to previous year.
