Indonesia’s coal production has surpassed 118 mnt on 7 Mar’24, accounting for 16.73% of its annual target of 710 mnt for CY24, as reported by Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). Out of 118 mnt, 48.92 mnt were dispatched for domestic consumption, while 59.3 mnt were allocated for export. In 2023, Indonesia’s coal production reached 770.41 mnt.
