Indonesia: Ferrous scrap imports rise by over 30%, m-o-m, in Nov’21

Indonesia’s imports of ferrous scrap were recorded at 160,000 t in Nov’21, up 33% m-o-m from 120,000 t in Oct.
The UK was the largest supplier with 40,527 t, followed by Australia and Hong Kong with 32,063 t and 28,980 t, respectively.
On a yearly basis, too, import volumes rose by 33% compared to 120,000 t in Nov’20.
