Chrome ore imports into Indonesia increased marginally by 3% m-o-m to 40,352 t in Sep’22 compared to 39,084 t in Aug’22, as per customs data. South Africa was the only chrome ore exporter to Indonesia at 40,351 t in the month under review.
Cumulative imports by the country fell by 6% to 347,547 t in Jan-Sep’22 compared to the same period last year.
