Indonesia’s cumulative chrome ore imports rose by 21% y-o-y in Jan-Aug’22 corresponding to the same period last year. In addition, due to low imports in July at around 800 t, chrome ore imports were recorded at 39,084 t in Aug’22, a humongous rise of 4575% m-o-m, as per Customs data.
