Govt owned steelmaker – SAIL has scheduled an auction for 8,650 t of prime steel grade pig iron on 03 Feb ’21 from its Bhilai Steel Plant, Chhattisgarh. The previous auction conducted on 20 Jan for 8,250 t was concluded at a weighted average price of INR 32,200/t exw. Another pig iron auction for 2,200 t has been scheduled from SAIL-Burnpur on the same date.
