Indian Pellet manufacturers have retained domestic prices at similar levels from the mid of June, 2014. Any upsurge in prices during the rest of the month is anticipated post union budget.
Although, low Iron ore availability has raised Pellets demand, constancy in Sponge iron & Iron ore prices have restricted any increase in Pellet prices. Leading steel producers, JSW & Tata Steel continues to import Iron ore because of deficit in domestic market.
