A leading steel mill from Raipur (central India) has concluded a billet (130*130mm) export deal for May shipment at $635/t CFR Manila, sources have confirmed SteelMint. Apart from this, The Philippines has booked 20,000-30,000t billets from Russia and 6,000t billets from Japan in the range of $645-650/t CFR.
