An Indian private steel producer exported around 15,000 t of plates (S275, 20-40mm) at around $1,350-1,400/t CFR Europe. Further, a deal involving 10,000 t of plates of similar grade and size was booked at around $1,420-1,450/t CFR UK. Both the deals were concluded in the last 15 days and are for May shipments, SteelMint learnt from sources.
