A major Indian steelmaker has reportedly booked 20,000 t of HRC for export to Turkey at $945-950/t CFR, for Aug ’21 shipment. Earlier, another steel mill had booked 30,000 t of HRC to Turkey at a similar price level for Aug shipment.
Indian HRC/plate exports to Turkey aggregated 159,224 t in the Jan-May ’21 period, as per customs data maintained with SteelMint.
