Indian ingot/billet prices move up on rising steel futures and positive global cues

Steel prices in Indian domestic market continued to move up on improved demand ,low inventories and also positive cues from global market.

Prices moved up sharply in second half. MS ingot at Mandi trades at Rs 32,500/t (Basic), Raipur at Rs 29,400/t (Basic), Raigarh at Rs 29,300/t (Basic, Regular Payment).

Indian steel futures MCX and NCDEX both showed an upward trend with gaining 300 points in the evening. 

CHINA:Iron ore prices moved up by $4-5 per tonne

CHINA:Steel futures in China moved up by 30-40 Yuan
