Adhunik Metaliks Ltd cut Pig Iron (steel) prices by Rs 600/MT to Rs 23,100/MT and Electrosteel Steels Ltd by Rs 500/MT to Rs 23,500/MT.
On bulk purchases of 4,000 mt and above, discount of Rs 500/MT is being offered by ESL.
Neo Metaliks Ltd and Rashmi Metaliks Ltd are also offering discount of Rs 200/MT and Rs 300/MT respectively at Rs 27,500/MT (foundry) on buying of 300 mt or above quantity.
Buyers have shown no interest to buy 500 to 1,000 mt of Pig Iron (steel) on discounts.
