In a day, Indian billet & re-bar prices increase by INR 200-500/MT (USD 3-8) on improved buying.
According to trade participants, presently rebar demand is quite good which in turn surge in billet offers.
Further, the re-rollers in Central region (Raipur) & East India (Durgapur) mentioned, none stock with them hence with strong inquiries prices surge instantly. These markets are the key suppliers for long steels in across India
