Zinc prices increased by INR 6,000/t w-o-w to INR 264,000/t, while lead re-melted ingots were at INR 179,000/t ex-Delhi. Imported zinc diecast (5%) was at $2,145/t CFR Mundra, with some deals heard at $2,100/t. Due to a global shortage, lead is currently trading at a premium on LME, with flat prices recorded for Australian scrap. UAE zinc diecast (3-4%) was traded at $2,130-2,140/t CFR Mundra.
