Induction-furnace route steel wire rod prices in Raipur remained volatile in last few days while trade was impacted by slow semi-finished price movement in northern region. In today’s trading session, around 4,200 t deals were reported by few suppliers in the price range of INR 51,000-51,500/t exw. Active buying enquiries were observed in the first half but activities slowed down in the second half.
