Steel wire rod prices in Raipur decreased by INR 1,000/t d-o-d to INR 54,000/t exw on 18 July while trade discounts were at over INR 1,000/t. Around 2,000 t transactions were recorded today. The slight improvement in buying activity was largely supported by rising semi-finished steel prices in key markets of northern region, SteelMint learned.
