Domestic steel wire rod manufacturers in Raipur kept their offers stable at INR 48,200/t exw on a day-on-day basis. Trade discounts also remained within a particular range in the spot market, currently hovering at INR 500-700/t. Rising raw material costs prompted the suppliers to keep prices high. However, weak trade enquiries were observed due to higher prices, market participants shared with SteelMint.
