Leading state-owned long steel producer, Vizag Steel Plant, has scheduled an e-auction for around 1,600 t of pooled iron on 27 Oct’21. At the steelmaker’s previous auction conducted on 23 Sep, buyers booked 1,550 t at a weighted average price of INR 38,950/t exw. The bid price increased by INR 5,050/t compared to the previous auction conducted on 6 Sep.
