Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has scheduled an auction for 2,000 t (one rake) of basic grade pig iron to be held on 27 Oct’21 from the company’s Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL). At the previous auction on 12 Oct, 2,000 t of pig iron was booked at INR 45,650/t exw. Bid prices increased by INR 1,650/t ($21/t) compared to an earlier auction conducted on 6 Oct.
