Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel has issued a tender for export of 15,000 MT billets, 20,000 MT bloom, 12,000 MT Rebar, 16,000 MT wire rod coils followed by other steel products.
Length: The length of the billets and blooms will be 12 meters.
Destination: Any county other than banned countries.
Due date for submitting the offer is 06 Sept’17 till 11:00 hrs.
In the tender issued, delivery of the material is scheduled up to 31 Oct’17 while that for rounds is scheduled at 15 Nov’17. Bidders can keep their offer firm and valid for acceptance by RINL till 13 Sept’17. Bidders have the option to quote for shipment either at Vizag port or Ganagavaram port.

Vizag Steel’s previous ocean tender got expired on 9 Aug’17. As per market sources, billet (90*90 mm) export tender was concluded at around USD 480-485/MT, FoB India and that of bloom (150*150mm) was at around USD 480/MT, FoB India.
