State-owned leading long steel producer, Vizag Steel, has invited bids for procurement of 1,050 t of high-carbon ferro manganese (Mn: 70% min) to be submitted by 29 Nov’21. The bid-offer validity is for 60 days from the bid end date. The highest-priced bid elimination is applicable for the reverse auction qualification rule.
