India: Vedanta to auction around 20,000 t of iron ore next week

Vedanta has scheduled an auction for 19,275 t of iron ore lumps next week.

• Karnataka (29 Sep): 8,000 t of iron ore lumps (6-20 mm, Fe 53.25%) from its Bheemasamudra mines in Chitradurga, Karnataka.
• Odisha (29 Sep): 11,275 t of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 56.5%) from its Nadidihi mines in Sundargarh, Odisha.

Prices are inclusive of royalty, DMF and NMEDT charges for Odisha, whereas Karnataka’s exclude them.
