The induction furnace (IF) re-bar market witnessed limited buying enquiries today. Despite low demand in the spot market in most regions, manufacturers kept oscillating re-bar offers and adjusted prices as per quantity and payment terms. In some other markets, limited transactions in re-bar and a marginal rise in steel billet prices in the last couple of days contributed to keeping offers stable. However, prices remain weak in other markets on sagging raw materials prices and tepid demand.
