Leading domestic steel manufacturer Tata Steel, Angul, conducted an auction on 27 Jun’22 for 500 t of mill scale (containing moisture and oil). As per sources, the entire quantity was booked at INR 6,600/t exw. SteelMint’s weekly mill scale (Fe 70/68%) assessment stood at INR 3,000/t exw-Raipur on 25 Jun.
