Company’s crude steel output surge by 35% in FY19- Tata Steel’s crude steel production volumes recorded significant increase of 35% to 16.79 MnT in FY19 against 12.48 MnT FY18.
Meanwhile on quarterly basis the same inched up by 2% to 4.47 MnT in Q4 FY’19 as compared to 4.38 MnT in Q3 FY’19. Company achieved best ever crude steel output amid better plant availability across the locations along with ramp-up at Tata Steel BSL (Bhushan Steel Limited).
On yearly premises, the company’s crude steel production surged by 46% in Q4 FY’19 against 3.07 MnT in Q4 FY’18.
Company’s sales increase by 34% in FY’19- In FY’19 period, the company’s sales spiked by 34% at 16.27 MnT in comparison to 12.15 MnT in FY18.
Meanwhile on quarterly basis company’s steel sales reported increase by 22% Q-o-Q to 4.73 MnT in Q4 FY’19 against 3.89 MnT in Q3 FY’19. The company recorded best ever sales volume in Q4FY19.
On yearly premises the same surge into twofold in Q4 FY’19 in comparison with 3.03 MnT in Q4 FY’18 amid significant growth in the sales volumes of automotive and special products in FY’19.
