Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur (central India) have increased by INR 1,500/t, as per latest reports. The current offer for 150 mm channel stands at INR 64,000/t exw on 07 Mar’22. However, sellers also offer trade discounts depending on the quantity and availability of the material. Moderate demand and transactions has been seen in the spot market. Prices were supported by rising raw material prices, SteelMint learned.
