Sponge iron, PDRI (FeM 80%), prices in Karnataka’s Bellary declined by INR 150/t today and around 1,100 t of deals were confirmed at INR 37,500-37,600/t exw.
- SteelMint’s assessment for sponge CDRI stands at INR 38,500/t (-100/t) exw and around 800 t of deals were reported.
- The sponge iron market remained firm today as sufficient trades had been witnessed last weekend.
