Sponge iron, C-DRI (FeM 80%), prices in Karnataka’s Bellary declined by INR 50/t on 21 Dec’21. However, pellet-based sponge iron (P-DRI) prices stayed flat today, as per SteelMint assessment.
- Around 4,000 t of P-DRI deals were confirmed at INR 27,800/t against offers at INR 28,000/t exw.
- SteelMint’s assessment for C-DRI stands at INR 28,800/t ($381/t) and around 3,000 t of deals were reported.
