- Sponge iron PDRI (FeM 80%) prices in Karnataka’s Bellary edged lower by INR 200/t. 1,500 t deals were concluded in the range of INR 34,500-34,700/t exw against offers at INR 35,000/t on 5 August.
- 800 t deals of iron ore-based DRI (CDRI) were confirmed at INR 35,800-35,900/t exw against offer at INR 36,000/t exw.
- Market activity remained weak today as buyers were on wait-and-watch stance due to higher offers.
