Sponge P-DRI (FeM 80%) prices in Raipur rebounded slightly by INR 100/t to INR 29,500/t exw. Prices recovered following improvement in trading activities since the middle of last week.
- SteelMint confirmed around 6,500 t of P-DRI deals at INR 29,300-29,500/t versus offers at INR 29,500-29,800/t on exw and FoR Raipur basis. Also, with healthy bookings, a few plants have closed sales today.
- Moreover, a few deals were confirmed for DR CLO grade sponge iron at around INR 32,600/t, while offers ranged at INR 32,800-33,100/t exw.
