Portside prices of South African RB2 (5500 kcal/kg NAR) grade coal remained stable at INR 18,000/t at Gangavaram Port amid weak bulk buying from the sponge iron sector. Low-CV RB3 (4800 kcal/kg NAR) prices also remained in a tight range of INR 15,600-15,800/t. Constrained gas supplies from Russia to Europe have once again lifted imported prices as high CV RB1 prices were at $321/t, FOB.
