In a confirmed deal, 2,000 t of South African RB3 (4800 NAR) grade was booked at INR 13,800/t at Vizag Port while offers for the same were at INR 13,500/t at Mundra Port. Amid rising demand for mid-to-high CV South African coal in Europe, Indian DRI producers are procuring RB3 grade. A supramax vessel of RB3 has been booked at $157/t CIF Vizag for end-October laycan.
