India: South African RB2 coal rise by INR 2,500/t at Krishnapatnam

In a confirmed deal, 3,000 t of South African RB2 (5500 NAR) grade coal has been sold at INR 16,100/t at Krishnapatnam (against INR 13,500/t on 30 Sept’21). A few large-scale traders continued to hold offers in anticipation of a further rise in prices, market participants informed.
