A sharp rise in imported South African RB1 (6000 NAR) grade coal prices have lifted portside RB2 (5500 NAR) offers further by INR 400/t to INR 12,300/t ex-Gangavaram today compared to Friday (24 Sep’21). In fact, sellers were heard holding offers in anticipation of a further rise in prices in the coming days, market participants informed CoalMint.
