India: Jharkhand-based mills conclude sales for around 3,000 t billets

A total of about 3,000 t of billets was sold by Ramgarh, Jharkhand-based steel manufacturers on ex-plant basis, as per SteelMint reports.

For around 1,200 t of billets (low-carbon, patra grade), deals were confirmed at INR 42,500/t exw to Mandi Gobindgarh in Punjab.

However, the remaining volumes were sold in the local market and nearby regions at INR 42,500-42,700/t exw.
